In your second photo, the oblique view, I believe there is an area of asymmetrical tip cartilage that may be poking through your skin. At eight months, your results are final or very close to final.
This is the outcome of your procedure.
I think your doctor is being honest by saying that this is your result and it’s probably not going to change.
When posting pictures consider always, including before pictures as well.
If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
