This past february I had preservation rhinoplasty, turbinate reduction and tipplasty. 4 months post surgery I developed scabs inside my nose tip which gave off an unpleasant smell. This nasty smell has been recurrent and ENT confirmed skin infection. Was prescribed 10 days of topical and oral antibiotics last month. Went back to ENT yesterday, who confirmed there´s still a skin infection, prescribed only topical antibiotic. Smell and scabs come from the incision site. Thoughts?
