Had a tt and ba December the 7 2016.... not happy with my tt due when I bend over my skin hangs and during my consult I mention to him about the vertical I think it's called fleur de leis he told me no on my follow up I mention to him and he just sarcastically said look how much skin I removed and looks better should I just be content or have him fix what I first wanted
Answer: Opinion on tummy tuck - botched, help! Thank you for your question and photos. Preop photos would've been helpful. I venture to say, that you were not a good candidate for a tummy tuck, that is why for the less than optimal results and your disappointment. In my practice, you are a great candidate for a staged procedure which would also avoid the fleur de lis scar. I would have liposuctioned your whole midsection circumferentially to allow for maximum skin shrinkage and do a tummy tuck 4-6 months later to give you an hourglass figure with a shorter scar. BTW, your pubic incision is too high and your pubic fat pad was not treated, and as you continue to heal this will be sagging more. Your breast photo is taken from an inferior angle, but your nipple/areolar complexes seem to be lower than ideal. You need to wait at least 6 months for healing, then go back to your surgeon and express your concerns. The other option is, to seek a second opinion. I, personally, would VASER liposuction your abdomen, pubic area, back, waist and hips, and unfortunately your abdominoplasty would need to be redone (without a vertical scar!) to give you an hourglass figure. Often, patients want to have one surgery and be done. You did not get this way in one day, and sometimes, the reversal to a youthful, athletic body cannot be done in one day. A poorly planned surgery first time can set you up for multiple corrective surgeries or you just settle for the average result. Good luck with your healing.

Answer: Too early to judge outcome At this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the outcome. It takes time for the swelling to resolve. It may be 6 months or more before the shape has reached its final look. Be patient. Watch your physical activity. Everyone is different.
