My skin on my abdomen looks wrinkled & saggy. Also the skin on my breast looks really thin. What treatment would you recommend?

Without photographs it's impossible to tell what it sounds as though you have fairly classic problems after pregnancy. In abdominoplasty will take care of laxity of the abdominal wall, excess skin, and excess fat. A mastopexy with or without implants will resurrect the appearance of the breasts.

It appears as though you will benefit from a tummy tuck with muscle repair and a full beast lift with implants. Photos of your abdomen are crucial in the evaluation. You are very thin and so it would be helpful to see how much skin you have between your belly button and the bottom of your breast bone. A tummy tuck would be helpful to tighten the muscles, remove the loose skin and improve the shape of the belly button.  If there is some excess love handle fat some flank liposuction might be in order. A breast lift also sounds like a reasonable choice.  This combination of procedures in often referred to as a mommy makeover. It sounds like you would benefit from a Mommy Makeover.  While it is difficult to say exactly what is best for you without pictures, it sounds like you would benefit from a tummy tuck in combination with a breast lift or even breast lift with implants( mastopexy augmentation).   Many women complain of excess loose hanging skin of the abdomen and breasts after pregnancy and subsequent weight loss.  A tummy tuck will address this, as well as tighten your separated abdominal muscles to improve your waistline.  A mastopexy will lift and reshape your breasts while sometimes an implant is added to provide missing volume.  I often perform these procedures together, so that only one operation and anesthetic is needed.Good Luck!

A mommy makeover would definitely be a good option for you.  You are slender and have lost the pregnancy weight and you would benefit significantly from repairing the diastasis on the abdomen, removing the lose skin and a breast lift.  If you are a DD then you are fortunate to have enough of your own volume in the breasts and a lift will elevate and improve the appearance.  

Hello Preggersnowwhat, Wow, you are quite thin which often makes patient's excellent candidates for abdominoplasty. From your description it sounds as if you primarily have excess skin and stretching of the muscles and fascia of your abdomen (diastasis recti as you stated) from your pregnancies. An abominoplasty with plication (tightening of fascia and muscles) should correct the diastasis, remove the excess skin as well as most if not all of the stretch marks below your belly button. As far as the breasts it depends on how much they have dropped, how large you wish to be as well as if you desire an "augmented" or "natural look". If you do not mind being slightly smaller/tighter a breast lift or Mastopexy may give you the look and improvement you desire. However, if you desire an "augmented" look and want to stay the same volume or become slightly larger you may want to have an implant and lift together (Augmentation-Mastopexy). It sounds as if you would be an excellent candidate. I would obtain a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon as to what exactly would fit your desires and body the best.
