My skin on my abdomen looks wrinkled & saggy. Also the skin on my breast looks really thin. What treatment would you recommend?

It appears as though you will benefit from a tummy tuck with muscle repair and a full beast lift with implants. Photos of your abdomen are crucial in the evaluation. You are very thin and so it would be helpful to see how much skin you have between your belly button and the bottom of your breast bone.
