From the pictures that you provided I don't see an umbilicus. I recommend seeing a new plastic surgeon who can assist you in your healing process. It is hard to see what is inside that hole.  There can be number of things that can be wrong with you..  You need to be seen by a living plastic surgeon for correct assessment of your situation.

It looks from your photos that you are healing normally. Have you noticed any drainage or odor from the area? The belly button always takes longer to heal than the other incisions. Keeping the area clean by allowing soap and water to run over the area when showering will help progress the healing process. If the area is rubbing or becoming irritated from clothing and the garment you should cover the area with breathable 4x4 gauze to prevent any further irritation. It is not necessary to apply ointment, it is best to keep the area clean and dry.
