Fat residue in the wall of my drains. Is that normal?

I'm 2 weeks post op.tummy tuck abdominoplastia, I still have one of my drains, my concern is the drainage has a lot of fatty residue in the drainage walls since yesterday, and today I feel a bad smell. .is that normal?

Thank you for your questions, You did not mention whether you have drain tubes. If you still do, you may want to make sure it is holding suction and still working first. If you do not have drains, check with your PS. I generally leave two drains in until the output is lower. However, some...

Nearly all opioids (morphine, fentanyl, percocet, etc) can cause constipation.  I try to avoid it with a special mixture of different pain medications.There are a number of different options to choose from once you are constipated. Some soften the stool and others get you moving....
