Is it normal to feel pain (achy dull pain) in lower teeth/gums after chin dermal filler?

I had derma filler Ultra injected into my across my chin with a canula yesterday to fill and smooth out little fine wrinkles. Today I am bruised and sore and semi swollen .. My bottom teeth seem to be irritated.. Kinda of a dul achy pain. Also where she injected kinda puffy. Will this go away? She was having trouble moving the canual around and I believe this is why I feel my bottom teeth ache. I just dont want any nerve damage from this. Should I go back to her ? Is this normal?

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can be asymmetrical, and last 1-2 weeks after chin filler injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. ...

If you received your filler recently, be aware that you might be swollen for a couple of weeks and aren’t actually looking at your results. Fillers usually aren’t very painful, so I’m not sure why you experienced so much discomfort, either. If your face doesn’t even out after two weeks, be sure...

Thank you for sharing your question. What you are describing does not sound like necrosis. Usually there is prominent discoloration associated with substantial pain. See your doctor to be safe. Fortunately, Restylane can be dissolved if there’s an issue. Good luck,

Fillers can be used to augment the chin but it needs ot be done in proportion to the face so the amount of fillers used depends on t he individual goals.  Best, Dr. Emer.
