Is there a limit to how far chin fillers can move out your chin?

In my opinion, you are correct in stating that a chin implant can normally project the chin more than injectable fillers.  Fillers can make a difference though and many people use fillers first before deciding on an implant.  For augmenting the chin, I think Radiesse is a great choice because it is a relatively stiff product so can produce a good amount of projection, unlike some of the softer fillers.  In most people, one syringe of Radiesse can produce a significant amount of chin projection.  

Of course, there is a limit to any procedure, but in general chin filler is very successful in moving the chin forward.  The best product in my opinion is Restylane Lyft due to its firm consistency.  It is an HA filler and therefore also reversible if the result is not desireable or an intravascular injection is suspected.  Depending on the amount of chin recession, one to two syringes is usually sufficient.
