BMI of 19, am I a candidate for BBL? I am 130 lbs, 5'9. (Photos)

Dear prettynurseashley,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. However, you might not be able to achieve your goal shape and size. Based on your pictures even though you don't seem to have a lot of fat , this can be done but you might not have the same results as your wish pic just keep that in mind, consult with a board certified PS best wishes.

It's appears a BBL would be a good option for you. However, it's important to take into account that you may not achieve the exact same results as your wish pictures.  Managing expectations is important when considering any type of surgical procedure.  During this procedure, fat is harvested via liposuction from different areas of the body such as waist, back, flanks and thighs and then transferred to the buttocks. I recommend an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate how much fat can be removed at your current size. Then they can also give you a better idea of what the expected results would be.

for enhancing the butt is the Brazilian Butt Lift in which fat is taken from
other places and re-injected back into the butt. You would be able to get some
enhancement with fat grafting and lipo of the hip and back to carve out more
curve.  However, the key point for consideration is whether you have enough to reach your goals. Realistically, you do not have
enough fat to make your butt as big as you the current
"celebrity" version most patients are desiring.  If this is not
the look you are trying to achieve, then a moderate enhancement will do nicely
to add to your curves. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon in your area

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast augmentation with implants. The size of the implant will depend of what you want and what your body support; the results of this procedure are beautiful, giving you and excellent shape of the inner and outer pole of the breast. 

 

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.  Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a liposuction and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, hips and of course your buttock is you want fat transfer, to give you a beautiful heart shape.I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals. Hi. Even though you do have some donor fat deposits from which to harvest for fat transfer to buttocks they are not enough to achieve the volume you show in your whish pictures.  Thank you for your question. Also, thank you for your pictures as well as your desired pictures. Based on the amount of body fat you have in your desired outcome you will not have enough fat to achieve that look. This  look could be better achieved with either gluteal implants, which have a high complication rate, or Sculptra injections to the buttocks.

You have a thin frame and scant fat so you are not a good BBL candidate.  You are a good candidate for a breast augmentation.  See multiple board certified plastic surgeons to get further opinions.
