Some doctors suggested that BBL could help with the creases. Would this worsen the cellulite? Are there any options to remove the creases without adding more volume? I'm pretty happy with the overall shape, especially b/c working out has really helped to give me a rounder shape. Unfortunately, the more I work out, the deeper the crease seems to get. Maybe different workout routines would help? Would massaging the area help? Thank you in advance for your responses! You guys are great :)

Answer: Fat Transfer Thanks for the great question! I still think the BBL is the way to go. You need more volume to help pop out that upper crease. There is a little ligament where that upper crease is that needs to be released and filled with some fat. I don' think that it would make your cellulite any worse. Liposuction in this area is a bad idea and often makes the problem even worse. You're already very lean and I don't think massage or a different workout routine is going to make much of a difference. If you haven't already, I would make an appointment to see a surgeon so they can give you a better idea of what your best treatment options are. Best,~Dr. Sieber

Answer: Gluteal creases Thanks for posting and good photos. You appear to be quite lean, and I am curious if your weight has had any major swings. There is not a great solution for that issue, and you should be wary of any incisions or liposuction in that area, because that problem can be made worse. As suggested, a small amount of fat transfer may improve this, and likely won't affect cellulite much. The fact that working out has worsened this suggests that fat loss in the area is contributing. In the long term, if the problem worsens, a buttock lift is a way to tighten things and may improve this. In person visit with detailed history and physical exam is needed to fully define the issue.
