Wanting a smaller more feminine nose, I also have significant breathing issues.

The good news is, these issues can be fixed with rhinoplasty. I recommend an in-person consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon with a strong portfolio. Rhinoplasty is a complex procedure, especially if it involves treating functional issues. Your surgeon should perform a comprehensive facial evaluation complete with digital photography. Your surgeon will use imaging scans to get to the root of the problem, recommend the appropriate surgical plan to address your cosmetic and medical concerns, and ensure the best possible results.

The simulation that you have created seems reasonable considering that the nasal tip skin appears to be of intermediate thickness.

In your original photograph, because it is taken from below and by the looks of it with a mobile phone, the nose appears to be more prominent than in real life. Proper evaluation on better quality photographs would be helpful when you make the decision.

All in all I would say that your goals are realistic and achievable. Please bear in mind that the outcome of surgical interventions on the nose is always somewhat different from computer simulations.

Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures, that is a very achievable goal. It is very important, however, to find a board-certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty to perform your surgery. It is a challenging operation and you want to make sure your surgeon does this procedure often. Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Most plastic surgeons like to perform lip lift procedures at a separate time. Best wishes to you.

Is your desired profile achievable? You appear to have a small dorsal hump. The nose appears slightly long, and the tip slightly bulbous. In the projected after you provide it appears you have removed The dorsal hump,reduced the bulbous tip ,and perhaps shortened the nose slightly .these issues are commonly addressed in a traditional Rhinoplasty. If you have breathing difficulties through the nose and are found to have a deviated septum that can be addressed along with the Rhinoplasty.

Rhinoplasty can improve your nasal aesthetic appearance towards what you desire.
Rhinoplasty is always about improvement by means of reshaping, remodelling and refinement of your individual nose with its intricate anatomy. Rhinoplasty is not about making a complete change and achieving an absolute perfection.

I would suggest that you consult with a nasal surgeon (Rhinologist) with expertise in performing rhinoplasty. 
You should expect a full detailed examination of your nose is required to assess your nasal skin, cartilage, bony structures, and your nasal airway/ breathing. This will allow the surgeon to evaluate your nasal appearance and its relation to your facial features.

The use of manipulated (morphed) digital clinical photography provides a platform for discussion as to your desires and expectations. Such images are not a guarantee of exact results, but a great tool to ensure that you and your surgeon are on the same wavelength.
Only then, you would be able to have a full discussion about the benefits vs risks of your surgery and to make an informed decision.
It is paramount that you have a realistic expectation before proceeding with this surgery.
