Hi there :) I got a rhinoplasty back in June of 2021, so i’ve had some time to heal. Everything has been healing lovely but a little while ago I started to notice a clicking sound and movement in my columella when my nose moves far to the left or right. My doctor said that this isn’t necessarily a structural concern, but i’m just worried that this is something really concerning or something that could change the shape of my nose. The last thing i want is another surgery and I just need some help
