I’m 23, never had a rhinoplasty; my nose is pretty small but the hump really bothers me, my question is: is it possible to have a rhinoplasty in wich the hump is “removed” even if it’s a little mm difference? And is it possible to mantain the overall shape of my nose? I’d also like to lift the tip a little bit, but without changing too much; was wondering if its possible to have this kind of microshaping works done in a rhinoplasty… thank you in advance!

Answer: Right your nose is small but long as you say. This is due to the droppy tip. The tip of the nose should be shortened in length and its rotation should be increased. Thus, the nose appears shorter. just removing the hump area is sufficient with little intervention
