Is there a surgery to create 'M' shaped lips? Increase size of center tubercle (Photo)

Hi there, i was just wondering if there is a surgical option that allows you to change the shape of your lips? I'd like to increase the fullness of my middle tubercle to create an "M' shaped look to my upper lip as per my photos

Based on your photos, it looks like you would be an amazing excellent candidate for a lower V-Y plasty (a lower lip lift). You may as well need a 3D lip lift and a medialized corner lip lift to balance your lips but a consultation would be required to assess your lips. I hope this helps, best...

I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

I do a LOT of lip surgery and have for many years. You have nice, full lips and so many people would love to have what you have. I am sorry you are not happy with your lips, but, to an expert, you look beautiful.
