Liposuction or more Belkyra for skin irregularities? (Photos)

I have been left with skin irregularities and small lumps that I can feel when I stretch out my neck post one Belkyra treatment I had 5 years ago. I want to smooth out these lumps and irregularities, as well as continue treatment to lessen fat under the chin and jawline. I am worried about more Belkyra because of what happened the first time. Should I do more Belkyra or could I try liposuction? Would liposuction help to smooth out the dents and lumps and better contour jawline and chin?
