Thank you for your inquiry, for another round of lipo I recommed to wait at least after 6 months since it can take up to 1 year to see final results, for breast and labiaplasty you can go under again second round after at least 3-4 months as long as pre op blood work comes back well. Best of luck!

Since you are having surgery in the same spot, you should wait for the surgical area to heal completely before undergoing another round in the same location. The anesthesia wears off within 24 hours, and this is not the issue. Furthermore, you need to have a frank conversation with your surgeon in Mexico regarding a complication and how he would handle it. Good luck.

The waiting time period is mainly in relation to healing more than anesthesia. We recommend a waiting period of at least 6 months between surgeries. But there are other factors to consider, such as hemoglobin levels prior to the second round, and if you had any complications during or after 1st surgery.
Another factor to consider is a secondary lipo has greater risks (higher risk of bleeding since there Will be more scar tissue. As well as a higher risk of necrosis since normal anatomy - (blood flood is compromised after the first lipo )

These are things you need to discuss with your surgeon. Personally, I do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures, especially leaving the country.
When choosing to have permanent irreversible body contouring procedures, patients should be very selective when it comes to choosing providers and have multiple in person consultations before scheduling surgery. During your consultation, you’ll get an accurate assessment, and have the ability to proper leave that the provider to make sure they have the skill and experience to deliver, consistent quality results. That is also the right time to discuss any concerns about previous medical procedures for medical history.
Scheduling surgery without having properly vetted the plastic surgeon or met them in person before surgery is not wise in my opinion.
You’ve done poorly these procedures, especially Liposuction can leave people disfigured for life.
