Chubby upper body after BBL - what treatment will give me the results I want? (photos)

I would highly recommend liposuction and/or arm lift as this will provide the best way to decrease volume and then also address any potential excess skin. I would only recommend liposuction of the upper back (no skin excision). I highly recommend against any non-invasive devices (CoolSculpting etc) as these do not treat the issue adequately.

Based on these photos, it appears that best option would be liposuction of arms, upper back, sholders. It would be best to discuss this provcedure with a plastic surgeon who does HD liposuction. As for facial areas, in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in facial rejuvenation, is recommended. Good luck.

It looks like the lower back lipo was quite aggressive. Lipo of the arms and upper back is my vote, but being cautious as to not create waviness, especially in arms.

From your photos it appears you can consider liposuction of the areas you mentioned to help slim them down a bit. You may also be a candidate for BodyTite. Your photos don't indicate you would need an arm lift. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. An in person evaluation is best so specific recommendations can be given.

You could have some liposuction in those areas to remove some excess fat and avoid trying to lose weight and volume in your buttocks.

When doing body contouring, it’s important to view the entire body in context. Each part of the body looks the way it does only in context to the rest of the body. Other words when doing contouring, you can’t just look at a single tree, but need to step back and look at the forest. For example, I generally treat the torso as a single anatomic unit. By treating the torso as a single anatomic unit patients are left with an even thin fat distribution. That’s consistent throughout the whole torso. This leaves no transition zones between treated and untreated areas. At full torso includes upper abdomen, lower, abdomen, love handles, waist, full back, and under arms all the way to the side of the breast. For women who have larger upper extremities, they should recognize that their arms will be proportionately larger if they undergo liposuction of the torso. The thicker, the subcutaneous fat layer is the more this will become apparent. Treating the torso with arms is a very common combination in my practice, especially on women who feel their arms are already large to start with. Arm liposuction are technically more difficult, then treating other areas. Being shown four or five sets of images is completely insufficient and this does not give you any understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
Ask providers to specifically show you variation in outcomes, including excellent outcomes, average outcomes, and outcomes that did not turn out, as well as they had hoped for. Providers may be apprehensive to do this, but patience should be advocates for themselves and recognize that they are the ones vetting the plastic surgeon and you have all the right in the world to ask to see supporting documentation of the work the surgeon does on a regular basis.

I think you are an excellent candidate for a Arms Liposuction, but I will warn you that unless you choose your provider correctly results do not necessarily look good. You should not have an arm lift because it gives an unforgiving visible scar and you don’t have that much skin laxity.
Well done Liposuction should give you a phenomenal outcome. Finding a provider who can do the job correctly is another story.
There may be other parts of your torso that were also left untreated from your first procedure, where you might benefit from having some further liposuction, to create a harmonious even thin fat distribution.
Continue having consultations until you feel very confident you found the most talented and experienced provider for Liposuction. during consultations they should show you a collection of before and after pictures this seems like it goes on forever.
Look carefully at all after pictures to make sure there are no skin contour irregularities in any of the treated areas. Confirm with the providers exactly what areas were treated and what areas were not treated and make sure transition zones between treated and untreated areas look very natural.
