I have a long face and yet my cheeks almost seem to hang “low” and seem quite undefined. What can I do to fix this? I am 18 years old for reference

Your cheeks appear to have decent volume. Cheek implants would add more contour and definition to your upper cheeks (by the cheek bone), while having a slight lifting affect on the lower parts. Hello, hope you are well. Based on you concerns and the photos you provided, you can consider cheek augmentation with injectable dermal filler or implants. Dermal fillers are temporary, but can give you a sense of how enhancing the structure of your cheeks can change your appearance. ​Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives.
