I've always been bothered by my chubby cheeks that give me a baby-ish appearance. I'm already fairly lean and i have a strong jaw so i think they might be caused by my flat cheekbones (both anteriorly and laterally). Would custom implants help in making my face slimmer and more chiseled without looking unnatural? Is it the right solution to lose the babyface?
