As you stated, you have a well-defined jawline. In this case, I would most likely recommend preformed submalar cheek implants to enhance your appearance--a more sculpted or 'chiseled' look--without widening your cheeks. This type of implant addresses 'flat' cheeks and would enhance your masculinity.
