I had Juvederm Voluma injected into my cheeks years ago, but I'm concerned that it's still there. My cheeks are overly prominent, and I'm unhappy with the way they look. I'm considering removing the filler entirely. Can you advise what I should do? I was recommended to have more filler in my cheeks and temples.. but I'm not too sure. I like how it makes my side profile look, but at the front it's super prominent. Thanks in advance!

Voluma usually lasts up to two years except in runners and very athletic people. If residual is present, there is an enzyme that can remove up to 90%. Your lips are too large for your face and do need to be smaller.  You can just wait and let it go down slowly, or have it removed.

Voluma typically will last up to two years.  You can have any remaining product dissolved using hyaluronidase if desired.  Note that it may take multiple doses to have it dissolved completely.
