Almost 6 months ago, I had a lower face and neck lift. I started to notice the same look coming back so I went to see my doctor and he suggested intense massage, Botox, or a possible revision. Does this look like cobra neck, and a surgery really the only way to fix it?

I don't think it is too late to start lymphatic massage. While it is certainly more effective early on during the recovery process, it is still within reason that you may have residual swelling that can be improved with massage.
