From your photos, I note that your appear to demonstrate relatively thick skin. Your nasal tip is somewhat broad and amorphous, your columella is retracted, your nose is foreshortened, and you appear to demonstrate a "saddle" deformity.
A rhinoplasty will define and narrow the nasal tip by removing segments of enlarged underlying cartilage. Bone, cartilage, or prosthetic material may be implanted into the nose to fill and lengthen the middle 1/3 and also fill out the columellar deficit. The relative thickness of the skin may limit what can be achieved, but most patients with thick skin still feel it worthwhile.
