Based on your photos, you appear to have adequate chin projection with a small nasal dorsal hump, and a slightly droopy nasal tip. Your "prominent brow ridge" does not appear to be distracting or otherwise unattractive. In that regard, it may be best to leave your chin and brow alone. Your nose appears to be a bit long, and your chin, while not retrusive, is somewhat on the small side. Your brow and frontal bone are normal and should not be addressed surgically. The combination of rhinoplasty and chin augmentation is routinely performed to wonderful effect, yielding a more balanced, harmonious face. The rhinoplasty must be sophisticated and must preserve your masculine aesthetic. The chin augmentation would be placed intraorally, so you would not have any visible external incisions. I suggest that you meet with several board certified plastic surgeons with decades of experience in rhinoplasty surgery who have before-and-after photos of chin augmentations done in conjunction with rhinoplasty surgery.

Consider placement of a small chin implant to augment the chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to the projection of your nose from the side profile. Consider a cosmetic rhinoplasty to shave down the dorsal hump, and decrease the overall projection of the nose. All of the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose.
