Can I be considered a candidate for rhinoplasty if I suffer from chronic headaches? Will this put me at risk for complications?

I've recently started suffering from chronic daily headaches (unfortunately a few months before my rhinoplasty surgery) and they don't look like they'll be going away any time soon. I was wondering if it's still safe for me to get the surgery? Am I at any serious risk to suffer from complications from anesthesia?
