Can you reduce the size of a dorsal hump but not remove it completely? Would this deliver unnoticeable results?

Eclectic82903
I have a deviated septum and a dorsal hump more noticeable on one side, a bulbous tip and a wide nose. Is it possible to achieve unnoticeable results by reducing the hump but not eliminate it completely? Could the same be achieved for the tip?
