Thank you very much for your question, if it is possible to perform the procedure, although you do not see excess skin, what you could do is a liposculpture of the abdominal wall with abdominal marking, additional plasma that allows us to glue the skinmany people who are at their ideal weight but who in one way or another have accumulated fat or have great flaccidity in this area. Thank you for your question regarding your abdomen and love handles. Based on your pictures, I would suggest VASER HI-DEF liposuction of the abdomen. I believe your results would be spectacular! When considering your intra-abdominal wall, you and your chosen plastic surgeon need to decide how much definition you want to your inta-abdominal wall. Some women request just the fat to be removed. Some women request a small line in the middle; this is the upper portion of the linea alba. Some request more definition on the lateral border of the rectus muscle; this would create 3 vertical lines. Other female patients request even more definition to create a 6-pack. Either way, I believe you will get excellent results with whatever definition you decide on your abdomen. When you are seeking AB etching procedure make sure your chosen plastic surgeon is using the VASER. 
VASER hi DEF abdominal sculpting or etching is a technically difficult procedure.  Your plastic surgeon must know his abdominal wall anatomy.
