Loose Skin after Abdominal Etching. What procedure/s should I undergo to solve it?

I have just gotten abdominal etching a month ago, but a massive issue presents itself to me. Loose skin (or fat rolls) dangles out of my abdomen whenever I crouch or sit down. Which to me, ruins the whole point and might as well not have done it at all. What procedure/s should I approach in order to remove this excess fat/skin WITHOUT ruining too much of the etching definition. I have already done a Tummy Tuck 3 years prior to the Etching. Any professional opinion would be greatly appreciated.

this needs internal heating with Renuvion + minituck. I suggest you speak to a revision specialist.
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question regarding loose skin after abdominal etching and what procedure you need to solve the loose skin. Since you have loose skin, the only way to tighten loose skin is to excise the skin. In this case, it would be a revision tummy tuck. I would use your prior tummy tuck scar to pull the tummy flat. You do not have that much loose skin, and not too much dissection would need to be done. Therefore, an incision would be made in your prior tummy tuck, and tissue dissection would be made up to perhaps your belly button, not much more. Loose skin would then be pulled tightly. It should not ruin much of your VASER Hi-Def abdominal etching. Overall it looks excellent. You should be very proud of your results. You may be a candidate for skin tightening and skin resection with mini tummy tuck. Not all plastic surgeons have the devices needed to tighten the skin with energy-based modalities. 
Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and go over your options.

The least invasive approach would be to undergo Morpheus8 sessions. In my practice, I have dealt with this issue a lot from other surgeons not addressing the skin at the time of surgery.
