I am so conflicted on these 2 procedures. I love the results of both, but the 2 doctors that I have narrowed down my choice to, neither of them offer both. But I WANT both? What do I do? I’m so confused on which route to go. I want the abdominal etching because of the look of course, but I also want the jplasma so my skin isn’t so loose after surgery and tightens up faster. Which is the better/smarter choice???...Which route should I go Jplasma or Ab Etching???... Sincerely, Conflicted
Answer: Abdominal etching vs. Skin tighening Thanks for your question. Abdominal etching is a liposuction technique, while skin tighening is a technology using heat to create collagen. There are many options for skin tightening: 1 1.. J Plasma like you say 2. Morpheus 8 3. Bodytite 4. Smart Lipo (laser) Skin tightening and abdominal etching are easily combined by the right surgeon. many of the skin tightening modalities can offer comparable results. Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: J-plasma VS Abdominal Etching J-Plasma and abdominal etching are two distinct procedures with different objectives. The choice between them would depend on your specific goals, the characteristics of your abdominal area, and your individual preferences. Here's an overview of each procedure: J-Plasma (Renuvion): Procedure: J-Plasma, also known as Renuvion, is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency energy to tighten and firm the skin. It is often used for skin tightening in various areas of the body. Results: J-Plasma can help improve skin laxity and provide a more contoured appearance by stimulating collagen production and tightening the skin. Considerations: It is particularly beneficial for individuals with mild to moderate skin laxity who want to achieve a firmer and more youthful appearance. Abdominal Etching: Procedure: Abdominal etching is a liposuction-based procedure that selectively removes fat deposits from specific areas of the abdomen to enhance the visibility of the underlying muscle contours, creating the appearance of a more sculpted and defined abdomen. Results: Abdominal etching is designed to accentuate the natural contours of the abdominal muscles, such as the rectus abdominis (six-pack muscles), by removing excess fat. Considerations: It is suitable for individuals with good muscle tone but with persistent pockets of fat that obscure the underlying musculature. Factors to Consider: Goals: If your primary goal is to improve skin laxity and firmness without significant fat removal, J-Plasma may be a suitable option. If you are specifically looking to define and sculpt your abdominal muscles, abdominal etching may be more appropriate. Skin Quality: The quality and elasticity of your skin can influence the choice of procedure. J-Plasma is often chosen when addressing skin laxity is a primary concern, while abdominal etching is focused on enhancing muscle definition. Combination Approaches: In some cases, both procedures may be used in combination to address both skin laxity and muscle definition. Consultation with a Professional: It's crucial to have a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon or a qualified healthcare professional. They can assess your anatomy, discuss your goals, and provide personalized recommendations based on your unique situation. Ultimately, the best approach will depend on your specific anatomy and aesthetic goals. During a consultation, your surgeon can provide insights into which procedure or combination of procedures would be most effective in achieving the results you desire.

Answer: Both procedures will be done together ab etching procedure is an operation with satisfactory results. If it is combined with j plasma, the result is better and the healing is faster. Making it together for the last 1 year, more effective results have begun to emerge

Answer: VASER HI-DEF abdominal etching 6-pack abs shredded tummy 6-pack surgery Ab liposculpture six pack lipo VASER 6 pack Thank you for your question regarding J-plasma vs abdominal etching on what you should do. A physical consultation and pictures are in order. However, without these, I would suggest based on your concern tthat the best procedure for you would be abdominal etching with the VASER liposuction. In my opinion, the VASER removes the fat the BEST and shrinks the skin much better than J-Plasma. I have both machines and use the VASER much more than the J-Plasma. If you are looking for the look of abdominal etching and are considered about the looseness of your skin, I would highly suggest using the VASER for abominable etching. Therefore, I chose abdominal etching with VASER over J-plasma. Thank you for your question regarding J-plasma vs abdominal etching on what you should do. VASER hi def abdominal sculpting or etching is a technically difficult procedure. Your plastic surgeon must know his abdominal wall anatomy. When seeking revision VASER HI-DEF abdominal etching, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing the VASER HI-DEF procedure. Not all plastic surgeons own a VASER machine and most plastic surgeons do not perform the VASER HI-DEF procedure. Do your research. Make sure your selected plastic surgeon has performed at least 100 VASER HI-DEF abdominal etching surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. If you cannot find an experienced, VASER hi def plastic surgeon in your neighborhood, consider traveling, if you must. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Shaping the abdomen with VASER HI DEF 4D Liposculpture, ThermiRF, fat grafting versus Laser Lipo J plasma,Renuvion, Inmode BodyT Thank you for your question!Laser liposuction is good for problem areas of fat, but lacks body shaping. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin. Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. See an expert for a formal evaluation and to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals.Best, Dr. Emer.
