This allows the fat to float in the solution and minimize intra-operative and post-operative pain. It also minimizes bleeding. After the tumescent solution has been allowed to sit for approximate for 20-30 minutes, a VASER probe is inserted.  The VASER melts the fat. This is a very common questions, and I see many patients like you. Given that you're long with no pregnancies, I think liposuction is a good option rather than a tummy tuck, as your skin should be able to contract well. I think you have a bit too much fat to go very extreme on the definition, but having some shadowing of the vertical lines should be possible. Trying to be too aggressive beyond that will likely lead to a fake, unnatural look. But I think you should be able to get a great result with a liposculpture procedure!
