Given that you're long with no pregnancies, I think liposuction is a good option rather than a tummy tuck, as your skin should be able to contract well. I think you have a bit too much fat to go very extreme on the definition, but having some shadowing of the vertical lines should be possible. Trying to be too aggressive beyond that will likely lead to a fake, unnatural look. But I think you should be able to get a great result with a liposculpture procedure!

You definitely don't look like a tummy tuck candidate. You don't have much saggy skin and you are too young. There is absolutely no reason for you to have a scar on your abdomen at this age when it's possible to get rid of the fat via liposuction procedure.
After liposuction, the skin retracts and adopts itself to the new look. Also you will be wearing a surgical corset for six weeks after surgery to press your to get ahead of any sagging.
If your age is young and you are fit, I would advise you to get only liposuction and think about tummy tuck or lift surgeries when you get older dear.
