Is Abdominal etching possible with the amount of body fat I have? (Photos)

Hello, I would like to know if you think I can have ab etching after a liposculpture or do you think I have too much fat on my belly? If I have too much fat, what the best for me tummy tuck? Or, just liposuction? I want the best result and belly dish much as possible and a small waist. I have no much flaccidity and my skin is good I have 22 yo! Never been pregnant. I know it's difficult to know with just photo but it's just for have an idea! Thanks a lot.

Based on the information given, you are likely a good candidate for etching. The likely procedure would be liposuction to the upper and lower back as well as the abdomen with abdominal etching. As always, be sure to research the surgeon doing your procedure to increase the chances of a favorable result.

Thank you very much for your question, the procedure that I recommend to you is a liposculpture with abdominal marking, additional intradermal tightening with jplasma, it is important to know if you have already had children and how their abdominal muscles are to be able to determine whether or not you require a mini tummytuckThe surgical procedure of liposculpture,may or may not be associated with technology. Many times the characteristics of these lumps under the skin or retractions are secondary to a conventional fat extraction technique. We handle fat from the use of laser technology, which is light, or vaser, which is internal ultrasound associated with microair (PAL- Power ssisted liposuction) the first two devices allow us to vase or Laser produce lipolysis (is to pass the fat of a solid state to a liquid state so that there are no irregularities under the skin) and the microaire or the PAL allows us to make the extraction of the melted liquid without so much trauma.The problem in your case, is that not only has the sequelae of the lipo, but besides, I think you can have a little diastasis of the abdominal muscles secondary to pregnancy.It is important to be able to evaluate the case a little more to determine if only with a new lipolysis from the combination of technology can be improved. If it is only a lipolysis of the body contour, we will be able to improve the appearance by 50% towards 70% of the result you currently has; because fibrosis behaves as a scar inside the tissue and it is very difficult to be able to remove it completely. Associated with that if the skin is flaccid in order to give a little more reaffirmation, we complement it with a technology called Jplasma, the equipment is known as Renuvion, this produces plasma energy and this produces collagen retraction working inside the tissue

Thank you for your question regarding what to do with your abdomen and whether you are a good candidate for VASER HI-DEF abdominal etching or a tummy tuck. Based on your history, age, and photos, I would highly suggest VASER HI-DEF liposuction. I think this will get you the results you are seeking.  You do not have much skin excess or skin laxity. Therefore, I would suggest VASER HI-DEF liposuction.  The first step during VASER HI-DEF abdominal etching is injection of tumescent solution. This allows the fat to float in the solution and minimize intra-operative and post-operative pain. It also minimizes bleeding. After the tumescent solution has been allowed to sit for approximate for 20-30 minutes, a VASER probe is inserted.  The VASER melts the fat. The VASER also heats the skin to maximize skin contractility. Then, a liposuction probe is inserted and fat is aspirated. During the final step, the contour of the muscles and your body shape is recreated. Therefore, in your case, I would highly suggest VASER HI-DEF abdominal etching rather than a tummy tuck. Go for it! VASER HI-DEF abdominal sculpting or etching is a technically difficult procedure.  Your plastic surgeon must know his abdominal wall anatomy. When seeking initial or revision VASER HI-DEF abdominal etching, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing the VASER HI-DEF procedure.  Not all plastic surgeons own a VASER machine and most plastic surgeons do not perform the VASER HI-DEF procedure. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for high definition liposuction with VASER. The procedure is done with minimally invasive hidden scars and is used to remove fat while creating definition and contour. Your skin will contract down and leave you with a great result.

You likely will need a mini tuck if you want really tight and to have your muscles tightened.  If you want contouring and defined, you can do an HD liposuction procedure + internal heating + fat grafting to the buttock and hips to give a better "s curve."
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

Hi,
This is a very common questions, and I see many patients like you. Given that you're long with no pregnancies, I think liposuction is a good option rather than a tummy tuck, as your skin should be able to contract well. I think you have a bit too much fat to go very extreme on the definition, but having some shadowing of the vertical lines should be possible. Trying to be too aggressive beyond that will likely lead to a fake, unnatural look. But I think you should be able to get a great result with a liposculpture procedure!
