I am sorry to hear that you are having problems after your injections.  The good news is that Voluma can be dissolved by hyaluronidase.  If you feel that the bump you are experiencing was not there prior to your injection,you might explore the possibility of hyaluronidase treatment before undergoing any surgery.  One way or the other, you should discuss this issue further with your treating physician.  Good luck!

If you are not satisfied with the discussion, then get a second opinion from a surgeon with experience using fillers and performing surgery in this area.Generally, fat transposition and/or fat necrosis leading to a mass would be an unlikely occurrence after filler injection. If a bump were to occur immediately following injection, then it would be more probably that it is due to aggregation of the filler material.  A reversal agent may help dissolve the lump.Best wishes.
