Looking at the photo you have show, I think you may require another neck lift combined with a lower facelift to improve the appearance of the ripples under your chin.

Hello,Based on the photos you provided it looks like you are in need of a platysmaplasty as well as excision of redundant skin. I do not recommend any nonsurgical options for this test results will probably be suboptimal. Re-consult with your surgeon and allow him to correct this problem first. Best of luck.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. From your picture it looks like you have a return of the skin laxity under your chin which probably prompted your neck lift in the first place. I would return to your plastic surgeon for an evaluation, and request a secondary tightening of your skin. I wish you the best!
