From your picture it looks like you have a return of the skin laxity under your chin which probably prompted your neck lift in the first place. I would return to your plastic surgeon for an evaluation, and request a secondary tightening of your skin. I wish you the best!
Looking at the photo you have show, I think you may require another neck lift combined with a lower facelift to improve the appearance of the ripples under your chin.
Hello,Based on the photos you provided it looks like you are in need of a platysmaplasty as well as excision of redundant skin. I do not recommend any nonsurgical options for this test results will probably be suboptimal. Re-consult with your surgeon and allow him to correct this problem first. Best of luck.
Thanks for sharing. It seems you have some persistent laxity and would require a secondary or revision surgery. This would likely involve lifting the lower face and neck. Talk to you surgeon or obtain a second opinion. Best of luck!
A combination approach would give the most improvement. Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER with ThermiRF is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck.See a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan. Best, Dr. Emer.
It looks like the area has loosened. You might want to see your former surgeon to see if the plasytma muscle can be tightened with a secondary lift. Best of luck.
Thank you for sharing your pictures. I am affray to say that time will not change this condition. You need to go back with your surgeon and discuss your case because a revision need to be done.
Most likely, the issue in the photo represents a stitch abscess and you should bring this to the attention of your Surgeon. This is not likely to be a major issue, but requires more than Neosporin.
Hello and thank you for your question and photos. It is difficult to make a specific recommendation based on photo evidence alone. However, liposuction and CoolSculpting may be two treatments that can help you improve your concerns. Liposuction can eliminate excess fat deposits in the neck area,...
Tank you for your question. Liposuction of your neck and lower face will help you very much but if you have your lower face and neck evn you are very young it will give you a more permanent and overall better result.
