I do not recommend any nonsurgical options for this test results will probably be suboptimal. Re-consult with your surgeon and allow him to correct this problem first. Best of luck.

Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck.
