I had a Lowe bleph, canthal tightening, fat transfer and laser of the lower lids in 2022. I have a lot of fine lines and wrinkles under my eyes and crows feet when I smile. What else can be done to correct this? Upper bleph? Skin pinch? I do have botox

Thanks for your question. The reason these lines are more apparent when you smile is due to muscle activity. The best way to correct that is with Neurotoxins such as botox, daxxify or dysport.

Additional laser resurfacing, continued neurotoxin, and a good skin care regimen are good non-surgical approaches to help improve the lower lid appearance. Additional fat grafting could also be an option. 
Upper eyelid surgery would help remove excess skin on the upper lid. Best to see an eyelid expert.

Hi, you need a upper blepharoplasty because you have excess skin of upper eyelids and after one and half months later you can do a botox for crow's feet.
