Timing of Lower Blepharoplasty Following Fractional CO2 Laser Treatment?

I underwent CO2 laser resurfacing on the lower eyelid/cheek area approximately three weeks ago, and I am seeing promising initial results. I am now interested in receiving an evaluation by a plastic surgeon for a lower blepharoplasty. I wanted to know the standard waiting period or required healing time that must pass after CO2 laser treatment before I would be considered eligible for the blepharoplasty procedure. Thank you!
