How to address the accumulation of skin on upper outer eyelid? (Photo)

I recently had an endoscopic ponytail lift combined with a lower bleph and canthoplasty. I noticed there is excess skin on the upper outer lid. What procedure would be best suitable to address the excess of skin?

Options to improve the area: Additional fat grafting to help restore volume; strategic neuro-toxin placement to help reduce wrinkles; laser resurfacing to help tighten the under eye skin. A skin pinch is not out of the question. Best to see an eyelid expert for an in person consultation.

If your concern is primarily excess fat and lower lid bags, and you have little to no excess skin and tight lower lids, you may only require a fat removal/repositioning to achieve the results you want and you could get evaluated any time for that. If you need any skin excised or the lid...

Part of the asymmetry is secondary to the asymmetric upper lid creases. Surgery on the left upper lid to create an eyelid crease and fix any ptosis would help improve your symmetry. This is a particularly challenging surgery. Best to see an eyelid expert.

You would be a candidate for fat grafting and/or lower lid blepharoplasty. Prior to any lower lid surgery you would need all the filler dissolved in your tear trough and anterior/medial cheek in order to determine the best course of action.
