I like my eyes but not the sockets. How can I improve hollow and dark nasojugal grooves? (Photos)

I’m in my early 30sand have always had strong nasojugal grooves, but they’re getting more hollow and dark with age. I’ve tried PRP, facials, creams, and Botox, but I don’t love the results, and I’d prefer to avoid filler. Would an upper and/or lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer be the best option to improve this area while keeping a natural look?
