Breast lift with augmentation looks off. Should I suck in tummy after full TT?

Without pre-op photos - it's difficult to comment accurately. At 5 weeks - you're still early post-op- so I would give it more time before you pass your final judgement. Also, keep in mind- when undergoing mastopexy and augmentation at the same time- there are limitations when it comes to size of implants. I personally prefer not to go  over 325 cc when combining these two procedures- as larger implants can compromise the quality of your mastopexy.

Hi!  It is normal to have concerns after surgery as everyone wants to know that they received the best value for their money.  I do not have pre-op photos to go off of, but your breasts look great and your abdomen is probably swollen.  You are very early in the healing process and it takes up to 3 months for most of the swelling in the tissues (Abdomen and Breasts) to subside after surgery. Please be patient and make sure to relay your concerns to your plastic surgeon as they are most familiar with your situation and most of us value the patient-doctor relationship and prefer to be notified first of such concerns.  Hang in there and best of luck to you.Sincerely,Dr. Sean Kelishadi
