Breast lift with augmentation looks off. Should I suck in tummy after full TT?

I was a small B (lifting and stuffing into bra) before augmentation. Asked for full C small D (i know cup dize is hard to go by). I didnt want huge fake but more than just a perky look of the size i was. I am 5 wks post op BA with anchor lift and tt with mr. I still fit my B bras & have to suck in tummy after full tt. I was completely flat after surgery. I cry every day.
