breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. I recommend a circumareola lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

An examination is needed to be certain, but you probably could achieve improvement with a revision. If you have any donor fat, that would be helpful to give more volume in the lower medial areas of your breast.

I don’t see any simple revision that’s going to have A big impact on the outcome of your implant removal procedure.
Without knowing what you look like before, it’s challenging to assess the outcome, but I’m guessing you in reality had two IMF locations.
One was based of the initial breast diameter, and one was based on the increased diameter with the implants.
Plastic surgeons will make the incision lower than the IMF so that the final incision doesn’t sit on the breast itself after augmentation.
I don’t think having more surgery is going to change your outcome in a significant manner.
