Your implants seem to have not settled yet- if you are early in your recovery.

If this result is 6-12 months out, then your implants appear high and not filling out bottom. This is not a true Snoopy, but could be improved with pocket internal release revision.

Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended.

Your breast implant is high and the breast tissue is low. You also have herniation of your areola. You would benefit from a revision using a circumareola approach to reposition the nipple-areola complex higher and correct the herniation.

Your breast tissue appears to be sagging somewhat. A lift could correctly lift your breast back up to cover the implant well.

It does look like your breast is hanging off the implant.
I suggest you discuss with your provider.
