I am a 35 F 157 lbs. I lost 100 lbs over 2 years ago and i got a tummy tuck in 2023. I love my stomach but now i have some areas i am insecure about. I want to know what woukd be the best procedure to fix these areas. The back fat, the dog ears that was left from the tummy tuck, the fat pocket on top of my buttocks and the lack of lower glutes. I would like to just have a normal buttocks because i am petite in height and my butt doesnt fit my frame.

You would benefit from 1 or 2 rounds of liposuction. The liposuction can take care of the dog ears and excess fat of the buttocks. You would also benefit from several things being addressed: your breasts, your back, your buttocks.

Based on your series of nicely posted photos, you will need at least two stages of surgery. I recommend stage one being revisioned dog ears with such a simple lipectomy or liposuction of the lower back length toxic outer thighs with ultrasound guided BBL insertion stage one fee $8000-$12,000.
