Dog ears, cellulite, back fat, no lower glutes and decrease butt size - What Surgeries Would Help? (Photos)

I am a 35 F 4'9 in height. I was a big girl prettt muxh all my life until i lost 100 lbs in the past 2 years and still losing. I lost so much weight that i got tummy tuck back in 2023 because of so much lose skin in abdomen. I love my stomach being flat but now i still have some insecurities and want to look better. I hate my dog ears that happened with my tummy tuck, i hate my cellulite, my back fat, the fat pocket thats on top of my buttocks, and the fact that i have no lower glutes. I really dont want my butt as big as it is i would preper a smaller butt. I just want my normal buttocks and mines looks deformed. What surgery would correct all this? Would i need multiple surgeries? Do i really have to get a bbl for my lower glutes or would something else help?

Do not waste money, time, or hope on these modalities that have no data to support their use, only hype. Please get a consultation do see what surgical options are possibly available. Typically it is more liposuction, fat grafting, and/or fat shifting.
