Post-lipo lumpiness/fibrosis 1+ year later — can Emsculpt Neo or carboxy help, or are other non-surgical options better?

I’m in my late twenties, and I had liposuction to my abdomen and flanks about a year and a half ago. Since healing, I’ve noticed mild lumpiness and uneven texture, primarily in the upper/lower abdomen, and is much more noticeable in overhead lighting and when standing or bending. I’m concerned this may represent post-liposuction fibrosis or residual contour irregularities. I only had around three lymphatic drainage massages, and those were performed approximately one year after surgery, rather than during the early post-operative period. I’m now trying to understand what treatment options are realistic at this stage. My questions: 1. At 1.5 years post-op, does this presentation sound more consistent with fibrosis/scar tissue, residual uneven fat, or skin texture/laxity? 2. Would Emsculpt Neo be helpful for this type of lumpiness or fibrosis, or is it primarily beneficial for muscle building and mild fat reduction rather than texture irregularities? 3. Would carboxy therapy be effective for treating post-lipo fibrosis or uneven texture at this point? If so, how many sessions are typically recommended and what degree of improvement is realistic? 4. Are there more effective non-surgical options for post-liposuction contour irregularities? 5. Is massage still helpful this far out, and if so, what type (fibrosis-focused/deep tissue) and how frequently? 6. Are there clear signs that non-invasive treatments are unlikely to work?
