Very healthy, age 56, 5’6, 165lbs, do I need to cancel my surgery because of smoking?

Smoked cigarettes 4 days before i was added on to have breast augmentation… maybe a total of 1 pack over the week before… how will this? I only in the last 6 months started smoking maybe 2 packs a week…I was added earlier to have my Sx I only smoked maybe 5 cigarettes from Sunday to Wednesday the day before my preop and I’m scheduled for this Monday morning… I’m very healthy no health problems… age 56 height 5’6 weight 165…. Do I need to cancel my surgery?
