I'm female, aged 45 breastfed 2 children. I'm 166cm and 58kg (127lb). I wear a 30DD or 32D bra already and I actually don't mind my size EXCEPT that they are out of proportion to my square wide shoulders and wide hips. I can't achieve any kind of cleavage right now and I can't really wear v-neck tops because of the boney look. Nipples are 25cm apart, rather east-west pointing. Any hints on what I should try and go for to achieve a more in-proportion look?

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Answer: Breast augmentation If you are happy with the volume I'm not sure breast augmentation is recommended. Adding an implant will give you more upper pole fullness and increase the volume. The nipple position will not be drastically changed with this surgery. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to discuss your goals and learn more about what you can expect in terms of results.
