I just found out I was pregnant but believe that I may have mid-grade capsular contracture in my right breast. I want to breast feed my baby. When is it safe to have revision surgery? Sometime during the pregnancy or will I need to wait after the pregnancy?

I have specialized in XL breast implants for many years. You definitely can have them reduced but you may need some sort of uplift at same time to remove the excess skin. I woiuld suggest you visit my website specifically for XL patients below.I am available for FACETIME/SKYPE/Whatsup video c...
I would recommend calling your plastic surgeon as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the implant will need to be removed and the wound closed. Once healing is complete, you can have the implant replaced. Best of luck.

It would be hard to determine which implant size will be best for you without an in-person examination. Your best resource of information regarding this would be your surgeon. He/she knows your condition best.
