However, the post operative photos on Sideview demonstrate a flat abdomen. I also think the frontal view demonstrates a nice contour . Giving these photos I feel that you have a very good result. I think it is important for you discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon .

Thank you for your question. I do not think there is any actual protocol on how long to stop drinking alcohol prior to surgery. Different surgeons have different protocols and therefore it is important for you to consult with your surgeon. In my practice I usually have patients stop drinking alcohol one week prior to their surgery.

You are correct in that abdominoplasty is your best option for the loose skin on your lower abdomen . It will provide you the best abdominal contouring. Coolsculpting to transformation would require multiple applications .It can sometimes be more expensive than an abdominoplasty in certain patients . Coolsculpting is not used for the face . Typical treatment for marrionette folds is some type of filler or surgery . Their are many options for filler with the most popular being a hyaluronic acid . Since you are 17 days post fat grafting applying pressure to the area against the bone may help. This usually breaks up the fat and allows reabsorption. I would recommend being evaluated by your plastic surgeon to determine what is needed . Remember that not all of the fat transferred is going to take and tjhis is early in your postprocedure period.

If you have not had any adverse effects with your previous treatments than it should be ok. The radiofrequency treatment is to stimulate collagen remodeling to ultimately tighten the skin. You are early in your postoperative recovery and changes will occur with time. The muscle and skin need to relax and the implant needs to descend into the pocket .Although the actual implant doesnot enlarge you may still be a C cup once the implant has settled .Remember all bras donot fit the same . Your previous bras may still fit but you will fill them more than before surgery. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns.

Filler does not typically migrate.The swelling appears to be in the area of the malar fat pad .There is some absorption of water by certain fillers and this may be what you are experiencing. More than likely this will resolve on it"s own . Consult with your physician/injector for there evaluation and reccomendations.

More than likely the medication your surgeon injected into the labia was the local anesthetic.This insures comfort during the procedure. In my practice I inject at the end of the procedure so my patients can get home , get comfortable, take their pain medication ,and apply their cool compresses.It appears you had some slight bleeding and the blood you are seeing is an external clot . You should easily be able to wipe that away. Usually, lying down with cool compresses will help but if you continue to bleed notify your physician.

Allowing the wound to heal is going to be your best option at this point in time. A revision can be done at a later date, usually around 6 months. Your surgeon should be able to instruct you on wound care. The area will heal but it will take some time and patience on your part. Try not to get too discouraged. Good Luck !

I had my labiaplasty on the 21st of April. I was not nervous going in rather excited. I did local anesthesia and that was totally compared I would think to doing it while asleep. I am currently on marek 1 1/2 and I can’t wait to get back to exercising! Minimal pain, except I did not take my pills in time because I was asleep the first night and woke up in some of the worst pain ever. I cried for about 2hrs until the medication kicked in and I took it down with two Advil to subside it. That was the last and only time I felt pain in this journey at all. Not even through the surgery!

I love THIS WOMAN AND HER Staff. They are all amazing! The whole EXPERIENCE was Extremely comfortable and although I was only under Local anesthesia, which means awake, if you didn't know, (like I did) it wasn't bad at all. I could even talk to them, normal. I had conversations throughout the whole surgery!!! The staff were a great team and worked together! They were also comedic.
