How long until you can swim after BodyTite?

Thank you for your question. Although you are allowed to return to exercising and swimming a week after your surgery I would recommend wearing a compression bathing suit during this time. We always advise patient to keep their compression garment on for 24 hours during this time.

This question is best answered by your surgeon who is most familiar with your procedure and how you've been progressing through recovery.  You will want to wait until all incisions are healed before submerging in water.  Exercise can begin typically a week or two after the procedure.
