What happens if you lose weight after getting butt implants? Will the implants be visible even if they are placed in the muscle?

I should be weighing 120 but I weigh 130 pounds right now. I've gained a lot in my love handles, arms, and face. I'm planning to get butt implants and lipo on my love handles for a fat transfer to the hips but I really want to start running after i'm healed from the butt implants to lose weight on my face and arms without surgery. My only concern is that I will probably lose fat from my butt as well and I feel like the implant will be visible. Could this be possible?

Even after some weight loss, your implant should not be grossly visible. In fact this is another big advantage of having buttock implants placed correctly under (or within) the gluteus muscle. Gkad to help.

If placed correctly under the gluteal muscle the implants should not be so visible. Especially if you've had fat transferred as well. Thank you for your question!

If the implants are placed in the right place (intramuscular) they should never be visible. this is one of the benefits of this plane. You will probably loose volume on the area where fat was grafted, but nothing else.Best of Luck,Dr. Luis Redondo
