Lip Fillers: bumps from Juvederm Ultra Plus, am I botched? (Photos)

It's still too early to tell what your final results will be. You need to give it 2 weeks for the swelling to go down and the filler to settle in. You can try massaging any discrete lumps to soften them up. Juvederm Ultra Plus is a bulkier filler. When used in the lips it takes skill to be able to inject it in such a way to prevent bumps from forming. If you're still unhappy after 2 weeks then you can have the filler dissolved with Hyaluronidase. Best wishes. 

Your final results can take up to two weeks to be realized due to swelling from the injection.  You can massage the area gently to try to soften the lumps.  If after two weeks you still have concerns, return to your injector for an evaluation.

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. There can be some swelling and/or lumps after lip injections which can last 1-2 weeks. You can apply firm pressure between two fingers on the lips for a few days, for 5 mins a time, in order to help decrease swelling and even out the lumps.
