At 53 years old, I saw my grandmothers face when I looked in the mirror. Not that she wasn’t beautiful but I was looking so much older than I felt. I booked with Dr Adair Blackledge for a lower facelift and neck lift with him in Sept 2022. I am no stranger to plastic surgery. I’ve had a mommy makeover and previously breast implants so this was not my first rodeo. My face was sagging and looked like it was melting. I hated it. I had a Turkey neck and droopy eyelids. After my lower FL and NL, I went back to Dr Blackledge in Feb 2023 and had upper bleph and partial buccal fat pad removal. I am so thrilled with my results a year later. He is the MOST amazing doctor and human being. His entire staff was amazing. I’ve referred tons of ladies to him. I am now 54 and turning 55 in 3 months. I couldn’t be happier!

I cannot recommend Dr. Blackledge enough. Not only is he incredibly skilled at what he does, he is such a caring and honest doctor who truly wants his patients to look and feel their best. I flew in from Los Angeles by myself last week, and although I was nervous, I knew I was in good hands. He did my cheek and brow lift under local anesthesia/ twilight, and it was such a breeze. He checked up on me in person multiple times and even drove me back to my Air BNB after my surgery. So far I LOVE my results and I can’t wait to see how I look when the swelling subsided. Dr. Blackledge is one of the best in Mississippi. He’s been doing my Botox for a few years now, and he never disappoints! He is conservative with the injections, and I’m always very pleased with the results. His staff always greets you with smiles on their faces & are always very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Dr. Blackledge for any of your needs.

I have been to Dr. Adair Blackridge for numerous facial enhancements, bleph, facelift, etc. Though I have thin face the buccal fat was protruding. I drove from Memphis to MS(3 hrs) to have this gentleman remove same. Again I was not disappointed, efficient, timely, courteous, I could go on, on...!
The procedure was quick, and when numbing wore off no pain, little swelling and bruising. As always, it was worth the drive!!!! I plan on going back for facelift next year!!!!!

Kind Dr. Blacklege performed a cheek and neck life for my 60th b/d present last year and I’m thrilled with it! I was awake during surgery and had moderate pain the first few days. It was so easy to chose him out of all the consults I had!

I had my first coolsculpting treatment of six. It is not painful at all. My thigh got numb after 5 minutes. I even took a nap during the treatment. My provider massaged the area immediately after. I have very pronounced saddle bags. I will put an update after 4 weeks. I can even call it very pleasant experience. It is costly but, if it works it worths every pennie because results are permanent.

I think I see small difference on my outer tights. It is not full term to see full results. I had my second treatment on outer tights last week and first one on inner thighs today. No pain. Massage was not bad at all. I will post more picture as I see more change.

It has been 3 months since my first coolsculpting on other and inner thighs. I am very happy with the results. My inner thighs are not full term yet. It has been 8 weeks since my first treatment on inner thighs. They are visibly smaller.

Dr. Blackledge is wonderful!! Wouldn’t think of going to anyone else! He is conservative with his work, and makes sure you are happy with your look. I have used him for Botox and filler and I have been very satisfied each time.

Doctor Adair Blackledge is a wonderful surgeon. He is definitely not a "one size fits all" kind of guy. My impression is that he tailors small changes to create amazing results. The personality and ancestry of the patient is definitely a consideration when he alters the face. My ancestry is Nordic so my face should not look "generic" and it doesn't! Doctor Blackledge enhanced ME. I now look like a more beautiful sculpted ME. I am exceptionally pleased with my Blackledge Face!

I recently had an upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift by Dr. Blackledge. I am thrilled with the results. He is truly an artist. My results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. Best there is.
