3 months after surgery I posted a question about my rounded mons area. The general consensus was swelling and I figured I'd give it time to improve. It has now been 2 yrs & although it improved, it is still evident. Unfortunately, I moved to MA from KS and am unable to consult with my original surgeon. Should I consider a consult with a local surgeon for a revision or to see if tissue has collected there? It feels too hard to just be fat. Is this something I am just going to have to live with?

Hello,Thank you for your question. Feeling very tight and walking bent over is common for 1-3 weeks after Tummy Tuck. I recommend that you speak with your Plastic Surgeon about your individual surgery and their recommendations to help you heal more comfortably. All the best
I would recommend aggressive massage and the use of a finger, earplug, or marble to stretch the scar. If no immediate improvement, a steroid injection may help. Stay in close contact with your surgeon. All the best.
